The Audit & Admin Staff is responsible for ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed meticulously. This role involves monitoring and reporting employee infractions, endorsing disciplinary actions or reorientation as necessary, and proposing changes or revisions to company SOPs. The Audit & Admin Staff will also be responsible for suggesting cost-saving plans with third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Excellence

    • Compliance - ensures company complies with all internal policies and procedures. Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure that company adapts accordingly. Involves regular audit on employees both direct and 3rd party staff.

    • SOP Review and Improvement - evaluate the effectiveness of current SOP’s and identify areas for improvement. Propose changes or updates to streamline processes and reduce redundancies and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation

    • monitor employee behavior and performance to identify any violations of company policies or procedure.

  • Communication

    • work closely with different departments to ensure that all employees comply with the SOPs.

  • Training

    • maintain the company training manuals of all departments and will be the one to conduct training for newly hired employees and employees for retraining.

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience in HR, training, or risk and compliance is preferred.

  • Proficient in using G-suite and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in a management, business or related field is preferred.
