Job Responsibilities:
In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Consultancy & Optimization -Act as a trusted advisor to FMCG partners, guiding them on e-commerce investment strategies to maximize ROI, optimize traffic, and enhance brand visibility on our platform.
Client Acquisition - Identify and onboard fresh FMCG brands to diversify and strengthen our portfolio, ensuring long-term growth and category expansion.
Cross-Sector Collaboration -Explore opportunities with non-FMCG brands and companies, building innovative partnerships across multiple solutions to broaden our revenue streams.
Campaign Execution -Lead the rollout of FMCG and thematic marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless execution across solutions to achieve revenue and performance targets.
Cross-Functional Coordination -Partner with internal and external teams—including Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Data Analytics, and Operations—to plan, activate, and analyze campaigns for continuous improvement.
Market Awareness– Deep understanding of the current e-commerce and FMCG landscape, including seller tools, competitive dynamics, brand behaviors, challenges, and budget considerations.
Consumer Funnel Expertise– Ability to analyze FMCG brands’ consumer funnels, goals, priorities, and strategies to provide actionable insights, optimize investments, and guide budget allocation effectively.
Other tasks may be assigned by the management from time to time
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of strong background in FMCG, retail merchandising, or e-commerce sales
Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams
Results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Sales Management, Economics, or a related field.
Willing to report onsite in Poblacion, Makati
