MetroMart is an on-demand grocery delivery platform. We enable customers to purchase their products online from their favorite local store and have these items delivered to their doorstep within 90 minutes.


You will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. You may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.


As HR, you will plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization


Some typical daily tasks include:


- Follow up with third-party recruitment agencies

- Consult with departments to identify needs and preferred qualifications

- Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills

- Contact references and perform background checks

- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions

- Conduct new employee orientations

- Process paperwork. Compiling reports and spreadsheets

- Answering employee questions

- Serving as a point person for all new employee questions

- Direct disciplinary procedures
