Senior HR Manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
Your core responsibilities include
Management and Support:
Consults with leadership and management in order to foster and promote the engagement of the business’s core values at all levels
Assist management and leadership in resolving employee relation issues, conducting effective investigations, and recommending action for sensitive and complex situations
Coach the departmental heads and management in performance management processes, compensation and remuneration programs, recruitment practices, and management decision making
Set up the HR department and provide management oversight. Training and leadership
Recruiting/Talent Sourcing:
Structure, source and recruit staff for the HR department organization chart to ensure the HR department is efficient and complete and in-line with the company’s business objectives
Design, develop, and execute full cycle recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies that guarantee the attraction, selection, and successful recruitment of potential talents that will further drive the achievement of staffing goals as well as the business’s overall objectives
Coordinate recruitments and orientations of new staff
Review and approve job position requests, job descriptions and make recommendations, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Coordinate vacancy posting in internal and external media as appropriate.
Ensure, the tracking system of the recruitment process and compile monthly report on recruitment are maintained
Lead the succession planning process and talent management program to ensure the development of high-potentials and continuous opportunities for career advancement
Compensation & Benefits Management:
Define and review in-country salary structure and benefits plan and communicate changes or updates
Ensure that all existing staff clearance forms are submitted before final dues are processed

Support the implementation of the company’s people plans by pro-actively working with staff and line managers to develop a culture of responsibility and accountability and embed a performance culture
Design a performance evaluation program aligned with the company’s Annual Financial and Market salary benchmarking
Be on top of Payroll Management for both Employees and 3rd Party Vendors
Employee growth and relations:
Provide strategic advice and ongoing support on employee relations issues, dispute resolution
Maintain relevant, accurate and forward-thinking HR policies and procedures
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Initiate a Training Program across the employee in the Organization
HR Administration & Compliance:
Oversee HR-related administrative duties and ensure they are compliant with existing legal and government reporting requirements
Monitor and coordinate staff contract management
Lead exit management procedure to ensure seamless and positive transition for departing employee
On an as needed basis liaise with the local legal counsel on HR issues that requires legal interpretations
Provide strategic advice and ongoing support on employee relations issues, dispute resolution
Maintain 201 files and Employee records aligned with DOLE ruling and compliances
Other task may be given by the management
Analytics:
Conduct research and consistently develop and enforce HR procedures and policies
Analyze and report on KPIs and trends related to human capital in the business and use these findings to develop strategies and solutions to issues that affect the business’s employee relations
Analyze and report HR information to support the development of HR strategies and solutions. Ensuring that all internal reporting requirements are satisfied through the provision of management information
Qualification:
People oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge in any HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practice
Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
