Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's HR functions, from administering compensation and benefits to fostering a positive workplace culture. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by managing HR processes and supporting our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.

  • Onboarding & Training: Coordinate employee onboarding programs and support training and development initiatives to promote continuous growth.

  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including leaves, compensation, and benefits. Resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner.

  • HR Program Promotion: Help promote HR programs that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and workplace harmony.

  • Policy Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

  • Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including organizing and conducting employee performance reviews.

  • HR Metrics & Data Analysis: Gather and analyze HR data, including metrics like time to hire, employee turnover, and other key performance indicators.

  • Employee Reviews: Organize and coordinate quarterly and annual performance evaluations for all employees.

  • Record Management: Maintain employee records in both electronic and paper formats, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.

  • Job Satisfaction Initiatives: Enhance job satisfaction by addressing concerns, proposing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.

  • Compliance: Ensure company compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

  • Other Duties: Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) is a plus.
