Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchant accounts to ensure long-term success.

  • Support and grow merchants in managing their online stores, product listings, opening new branches and promotions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, and tech) to ensure merchants’ needs are met.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide merchants with insights and recommendations to increase growth.

  • Handle client concerns or escalations in a timely and professional manner.

  • Prepare regular reports on merchant performance and suggest actionable improvements.

  • Assist in onboarding new merchant and new branches


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related fields.

  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
