Junior Account Manager

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchant accounts to ensure long-term success.
Support and grow merchants in managing their online stores, product listings, opening new branches and promotions.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, and tech) to ensure merchants’ needs are met.
Monitor sales performance and provide merchants with insights and recommendations to increase growth.
Handle client concerns or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare regular reports on merchant performance and suggest actionable improvements.
Assist in onboarding new merchant and new branches
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related fields.
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
