Senior Marketing Officer


We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Officer to oversee all offline marketing initiatives for our company. As an Senior Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for collaborating with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that integrate both online and offline efforts. You will manage end-to-end projects and campaigns, particularly for offline execution, from planning, scouting of partners & suppliers, production, execution, reporting, and analysis across all initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional marketing, in-store marketing promotion, and advertising collaterals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that integrate both online and offline efforts.

  • Manage end-to-end projects and campaigns, particularly for offline execution, from planning, scouting of partners & suppliers, production, execution, reporting, and analysis across all initiatives.

  • Accountable for all merchandise and marketing collaterals, from planning, production, inventory, distribution, and installation across the different partner specialty stores and supermarkets.

  • Analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

  • Foster relationships and establish contacts with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers: ATL, BTL, events, merchandising, OOH advertising, etc.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

  • Coordinate with inter-department heads/leads (Operations, Business Development, HR, etc.) and external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of offline marketing initiatives.

  • Contribute to the creation of compelling content, such as blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

  • Assist in the management of digital marketing activities, including website updates, search engine optimization advertising.

  • Compile and analyze marketing data to track campaign effectiveness.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business goals and priorities.

  • Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results effectively across the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and teamwork.

  • Other tasks may be assigned by the management from time to time.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in offline marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies as needed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with industry trends and competitor activities in the market.
